Export, delete and disconnect

Export everything

In the dashboard, open Settings › Your data. One click builds a zip with CSV files for contacts, deals, interactions and follow-ups, plus a contacts.vcf file you can import into most address books. The download link is short-lived. Export works in every plan state, including after you cancel.

Delete a record

Ask Claude (“Delete the duplicate Maya Kim contact in Sambandh”) or delete it in the dashboard. Deleting a contact also hides their interactions and follow-ups. Claude asks before every delete, and there is no bulk delete.

Restore a deleted record

Deleted contacts stay restorable for 30 days under Contacts › Recently deleted (also linked from Settings), then they’re removed for good. Restoring a contact brings back the follow-ups hidden with it. Deleted deals and follow-ups don’t appear there: bring them back with Undo on the delete in Activity.

Undo a change

Today shows the latest changes Claude made, and Activity lists every change: the record, what changed and when. Undo puts the previous values back.

Disconnect Claude

In the dashboard, Settings › Connected apps lists every assistant connected to your account. Disconnect removes its access at once. You can also remove the connector in Claude under Customize › Connectors.

Delete your account

Settings › Delete account. Export first if you want a copy. For safety we send a fresh sign-in code even if you’re signed in. Deleting your account:

• cancels any trial or subscription right away;
• disconnects every assistant;
• deletes your CRM and account from our live database at once; backups roll off within 7 days;
• keeps billing records that tax law requires, without your email address.

What Claude keeps

What Claude reads from Sambandh becomes part of that conversation. Deleting a record in Sambandh doesn’t delete it from past chats or from Claude’s memory. See the AI assistant section of the privacy policy.
