Refund and cancellation policy

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in Billing; to avoid the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your trial ends or your plan renews. Billing opens the Dodo Payments customer portal. Cancel at least 48 hours before your 14-day trial ends and you won’t be charged; you keep access until the trial ends. Cancelling a paid plan stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

After cancelling, your CRM stays readable in your assistant and exportable from the dashboard.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months.
• Yearly plans: full refund if you ask within 7 days of the charge (first purchase or renewal). Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
• When we refund a yearly charge, we cancel that plan at the same time; your CRM stays readable and exportable.
• Nothing here limits refund rights you have under law.

Who processes payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our online reseller and merchant of record. Charges appear on your card statement under Dodo Payments.
