Questions
What is free setup?
Free setup lets you use Sambandh fully, with no card, for up to 10 records or 48 hours from Claude’s first action, whichever comes first. Records are contacts, deals, follow-ups and logged interactions. The 48-hour clock starts only when Claude first reaches Sambandh, so nothing runs down while you are still connecting.
What happens when free setup ends?
Your data stays readable and exportable. To keep adding records, add a card to start your 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged until day 15.
When am I charged?
Never during free setup or the 14-day trial. Your first charge is on day 15: $29 on monthly, or $260 for your first year on yearly. We email you a reminder 7 days before the first charge.
How does the $260 first year work?
Choose yearly when you start your trial, or switch to yearly during it, and your first year costs $260. It renews at $290 a year. Switching from monthly to yearly during the trial ends the trial that day and charges $260 at once; we show this before you confirm.
Can I still read and export my data if I stop paying?
Yes. Reading your CRM in Claude and exporting it always work: during free setup, after a trial, and after you cancel. We delete an inactive account only after 12 months with no sign-in and no use from Claude, and we email you 30 and 7 days before.
How do I cancel?
Anytime in Billing, which opens the Dodo Payments customer portal. Cancel anytime in Billing; to avoid the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your trial ends or your plan renews. Cancel at least 48 hours before your trial ends and you won’t be charged; you keep access until the trial ends; cancel a paid plan and it won’t renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you give refunds?
Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months. Yearly plans: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of the charge, for a first purchase or a renewal. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under law.

Sambandh works with Claude today: Claude on the web, desktop and mobile, and Claude Code. Setup steps are on the Connect page.
Do you use my data to train AI models?
No. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models. What Claude reads from Sambandh becomes part of that conversation, and Anthropic handles it under your settings with them. The privacy policy explains how to turn off training in Claude.
